Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you manage them there. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In the app, Profile → Manage Subscription takes you straight there. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and everything you've logged. You can also read how deletion works on the account deletion page, or email us and we'll do it for you.
