Account info (email, name, password — stored securely, never in plain text), profile details you provide (language, timezone, an optional profile photo), weight-cut and check-in data you log, meal and water logs, a gym logo image if you’re a coach who uploads one, direct messages between you and a linked coach or athlete, anything you post to the Community board, and, if you enable push notifications, a device subscription token. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe, for web checkout) or the App Store/Google Play (for in-app purchases, via RevenueCat) collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number.
To run the app: computing your macro targets and generating your meal, strength & conditioning, and rehydration plans using our own formulas matched against a curated recipe/exercise library — no AI model is used anywhere in the app. We also use your data to send the notifications you’ve enabled, process subscription payments, and show linked coaches or athletes the data you’ve agreed to share with them. We don’t sell your personal data.
Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (web payment processing), and RevenueCat (in-app purchase processing on iOS/Android) process data on our behalf to run the app. We don’t share your data with anyone else without telling you.
When you link with a coach or athlete, that connection shares specific data — weight progress, check-ins, diet totals, and your current strength & conditioning plan — between the two accounts, plus any direct messages you exchange with each other. Revoke the link anytime to stop that sharing.
Anything you post to the Community board (your name, your post, and any comments) is visible to every other signed-in user of the app, not just people you’re linked with — it’s a public board within the app, not a private space. Don’t post anything there you wouldn’t want other users to see.
We send account-related emails (password resets, security notices) as part of running the app. If we ever send marketing or product-update emails, we’ll ask for your consent first where required, and every email will include a way to opt out.
You can update or delete your data, disable notifications, or delete your account at any time from your Profile. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems — see our account deletion page for how, including if you can’t log in. You can also download a copy of your data (cuts, check-ins, meal logs, plans, messages, and anything else tied to your account) at any time from Profile.
We use row-level access controls so your data is only visible to you and anyone you’ve explicitly connected with, and anything you post to Community, which is public within the app by design (see section 5). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We keep your account and cut/check-in/meal/message data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems (see section 7) rather than retaining it indefinitely.
The app is not directed at, and we don’t knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. Account creation requires confirming you are 18 or older. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us using section 12 below and we’ll remove it.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date.
